Allow Idle cards combining IdleDAI + IdleFEI CDOs.

As an investor, I want to mint cards combining IdleDAI + IdleFEI CDOs so that I can diversify the investment strategies. Currently it is only allowed to mint cards for a single CDO (IdleDAI or IdleFEI) and it is not possible to mint a card (NFT) combining both. The implementation of this issue should enable the investor to combine IdleDAI + IdleFEI CDOs as is shown below.

Caveat

Beyond the basic UI implementation, the idea of this issue is to focus on the contract logic needed to combine both CDOs in the same NFT.

Today you can only have cards over one IdleCDO -> IdleDAI CDO.
As an investor I want to mint cards not only for IdleCDO DAI but also IdleUSDC CDO.

The investor should be able to select what Idle CDO wants from UI, as the following is shown.

Implementation Details:
Change the SC card struct and add the ability to have cards with different CDO. And in the UI you should be able to select the CDO.
