An improved and open-source version of Asset Store Tools

At the moment, this is only a decompiled version of Asset Store Tools 5.0 with no additional features.

The original tool is missing some important features and because source code was closed-off, it was impossible to implement them.

I plan (and hopefully along with fellow publishers) to improve the tool by adding some most requested features like being able to upload through C# API to have room for automation.

.Net 3.5 and Unity 2017.4 are bare minimums to be able to run this tool.

I have received a greenlight from Asset Store Content Manager that allows me to decompile the source-code as long as the tool isn't being commercially redistributed and Unity branding is not misused.

However, I would be forced to set this repository to private should they change their stance (but probability of that happening is close to zero).
