This may already be possible, but it would be good instead of cfwheels_application\plugins\Localizator\locales\en_US.cfm you could specify a custom folder outside the plugins folder for the static locale files...

Make the plugin compatible with Wheels 1.3

When in harvester mode, if you hit a page with an unknown string which is output several times, it will create an entry for each of them even if they're the same string.

Create a helper function to generate a drop down with available localeid to be used in a user form.
