This is a web application that generates akan names depending on the day of the week one was born and their gender. The user is required to input his/her birthday date,month and year and select gender. An Akan name will be generated for the user plus the user will also get to know the day of the week he/she was born.

• Either a computer,phone,tablet or an Ipad
• An access to the Internet

Open Terminal (Ctrl + Alt + T) git clone https://github.com/elizabethvera-atieno/Akan-Naming.git
Change Directory to IP2 (cd IP2)
code . (or) atom . (depending on the editor )

• HTML - used to build structure of pages
• CSS - used to style the pages
• JavaScript - used to make the pages interactive

The user should:

• Enter year of birth
  *Enter month of birth
  *Enter date of birth
  *Select gender Submit
  Project compares the inputs with the conditions set for the inputs and executes an alert to input correct details incase the details are not correct.If they are correct it matches the day of the week with a specific Akan Name and outputs it to the user with a personalized message.
