last portal leads to map 0, which never exists, as the first generated map has id '1'

when you generate the XML multiple times, the previous data is not cleaned

Cleanup the script generation, make something data driven if possible, at least splitting it into methods would be a good idea.

Lives are not parsed correctly (254 lives when should be 0)
