Zoomed in state switch doesn't remove existing charts

Steps to reproduce

Click on a state to reveal charts and county data.
Without zooming out, click on another state.
Notice that the previous state data is still shown.

Expected: Only current state's data is supposed to be visualized.

Location to Lat, Lon

Currently the locations of cancer centers are in the form of street addresses.
We need them as latitude and longitude.

Figuring out outliers in data

There is a lot of data for the cancer patient incidence/mortality rates that are available. Some data is bound to not have all the information. Figuring out how to tackle this issue.
