Actually we use IntelliJ and I have never seen this problem before.
Do you have IntelliJ set to use an external and old version of maven or do you have an older version of IntelliJ? Google suggests this error occurs when plugins are built for newer versions of maven.
You are required to use Maven 3.5 or above.

Yes, you are right,I'm using the default maven version of IntelliJ. The version number is 3.3.9. I've solved this problem with the 3.5.x I downloaded.
