When calling load_network() for all roads, i.e. with keyword mainroad=False, the function fill_lanes is raising an error.

There is already some exception handling in fill_lanes, but apparently this is not complete yet.

Please add instructions for how the OSM config files for GDAL should be set. Or make sure that this is automatically done in the init.py files.

In some cases, you want to simplify as much as possible, except if one segment is a bridge and the next one is not, even if they are connected with a node with degree 2.
