make the component to work with Azure Germany as well

The Outlook connector is unable to connect to accounts registered through Deutsche Telekom. Apparently, it is a problem that these accounts run on Azure Germany.

As the target group for the Mittelstandsplattform are German small and medium businesses, the connector needs to be able to handle accounts run on German servers. Also, the connector needs to be able to connect to other products of Deutsche Telekom.

Add ability to select timezone in 'Find Next Available Time' action

Add the ability to input/select timezone, as the output may be "available": true in the case when time is correct (at least 1 event created for a specified time) but timezone isn't, seems that action uses some default timezone
