Test if we:

• Interpolate pre-baked lightmap for camera rays.
• Then we compute one bounce of glossy reflection, and interpolate pre-baked lightmap for reflection rays.

Can we be real-time for virtual reality (VR)?

For the pre-baked map, we can either use:

• Traditional lightmap textures.
• Or 3D octree of irradiance points.

3D octree is much more preferred if its performance is acceptable, since it does not require unwrapping UVs anymore.

Investigate if features in OptiX can ease our efforts, especially:

• material translation
• ray tracing core
• BVH construction
• denoising
