npm install attempts to get some dependencies from localhost instead of registry.npmjs.org

Just tried installing sinopia-activedirectory from npm and got these errors:

Looking into npm-shrinkwrap.json I see that resolved paths for these packages indeed point to http://localhost:4873/ instead of https://registry.npmjs.org/.

Would it make sense to repoint these to registry.npmjs.org?
