Chief Test Automation Architect at Crossover

Designed and implemented both Automation & Manual QA Pipelines. I have also created both Manual QA and Automation tester pipelines. Before I started the digital transformation, each candidate grading costs were around $50, after my Hyper Automation solution (based on regex and Natural language processing) was employed - only $0.25, which allowed the company to scale its business more than 20 times in a matter of 6 months. All this allowed them to move to new markets and multiplied the speed that we were able to process new candidates.

QA Consultant

Act as the QA Manager for web, mobile, backend, data analytics and data warehouse projects. Set clear standards for vendors. Initiate performance, unit and integration testing. Advocate DevOps. Actively develop unit and integration testing frameworks on AWS via Serverless framework. Rather than treating isolated issues and moving on, took a holistic approach to curing QA ailments. Administer comprehensive care. Advising from a big-picture perspective, ensuring that the overall health of a company’s QA stays strong. Engage and educate key staff members.

Designed and implemented inhouse Monitoring platform and all needed Web, Mobile and Performance testing (Serverless) frameworks. All this, during a hiring freeze and serious budget restrictions.

Automating Media Web player also supporting dual desktop setup (Windows/Mac). I have introduced QA and GitOps good practices, which enabled faster releases of the complex application. Company was able to make significant impact in a $15.5 Billion, Sports player tracking and analytics market.

Automation Engineer

Architecture and design of an automation API for a construction factory, integrated into the existing production line. Developed an E-commerce bot, which was able to scan the stores and update the products where needed.

Since November 2014, I have successfully delivered technical trainings for companies and learning centers. Some cources were dedicated to help testing teams looking to move into Automation role. We focused on programming basics, C#, Java, Python and Selenium.
