• {n} = Number of items to be selected from list.

• {max} = Maximum value (inclusive);

• If only one parameter is supplied consider it to be {max} if > 0 and {min} otherwise, and generate numbers in the [{min},0] or [0,{max}] interval;
• If no parameters are supplied generate a number in a fixed interval (ex: [0-100]).
