• Create sections to map the sections of the template
• Add in individual items under each sections
• double check that the UI -- presumably this will need to be updated, too. Because the response widget will depend on what type of response we are eliciting for each template item. I..e Yes/No/NA vs., full text response. Currently most responses are radio buttons in the TransparencyChecklist app.
• how to work with subheadings in each tabPanel ??
• Perhaps start by going through template and figuring out what type of response we require....

How do we make the shiny app fit with the adaptive preregistration workflow -- i.e. when we have an interim preregistration that we wish to open up and ammend?

• option to load existing preregistration

• we will need an option to save a preregistration as an interim preregistration, this might include generating a report AND saving the JSON file...

• so we have a template questions.JSON file that is loaded for each new preregistration, and a questions-interim-prereg.JSON file that people can save.

• save and exit option?

• save and generate report?

• could we facilitate auto versioning in the save file? Have a series of questions that come up when saving changes... depending on what type of changes have been made then different updates are made. use the existing adaptive preregistration methodology versioning system to do this.

• pipedream.. but could incorporate with TRAVIS or github actions... so that when changes are committed ... auto increments and releases based on the version number... that would be cool.

• if we used GH actions, we could set the repo to a 'template repository' and then i wonder if the GH actions would also be ported into the template, that would save people the trouble of having to setup the actions themselves.

Currently about pop-up refers to the TransparencyChecklist. Update so that it is relevant to this template.

and check with original repo from which this is forked what license it uses, will determine what licenses I can choose from for this repo.

This is the product of generating the Rmarkdown report from the app - will need to be re-run once I've updated the questions.json doc in #5 .

When attempting to run shiny app, app window opens and then is killed, displaying this error message in the console:
