the \bin folder that is referenced in \src\install-sh does not exist.
relateldy, none of the .exe files (kprl.exe, rlc.exe, rlxml.exe etc.) are present.

i used to work with this many years ago, so i know they used to exist. what happened?

I did this in command line
kprl.exe -a Seen.txt SEEN1101.utf
it returned
Fatal error: exception Sys_error("Permission denied")

There exists a bug fix, but it currently has been deleted from server.

I'm try compile it and can't nor Linux or Windows. I'm try search root of problem. And I'm find instruction with "Note: Newer versions of OCaml and Ulex won't work". But even oldstable Debian repository don't have so old versions of OCaml and Ulex. Okay, I'm try use Cygwin and doing what this instruction say. And I'm can't find some request packages in Cygwin. For example - libpng14-devel. I'm try use similar packages... And I'm can't compile even old version of OCAML. For more complicate, instruction request 32-bit Windows XP. But cygwin already drop support of XP (NOTE: The previous Cygwin version 2.5.2 was the last version supporting Windows XP and Server 2003.).

Maybe I'm doing this wrong. Maybe this is problem in old code. In any case, can you add release with already compiled binaries?
