Rethink file system watchers
Currently we register a watcher for each directory but when we calculate the cache we only build the cache for the top level directories. This makes it hard to do small resyncs on a more granular level.
Cleanup files used for downloading
On the manager and on media hosts temporary files are used for gathering all the media, currently there is no cleanup so it will just keep useless bloat on the user's filesystem that keeps growing the more it is used.
Download structure
Currently the download just gives you an archive with a flat list of files. Add the ability to provide a structure to this (IE: by album)
