Not sure this is really needed, but putting a placeholder in case.

When returning after the checkbox has been unchecked, the Update checkbox has no effect.

This seems like it might make sense in a chapter or two. Not definite that it's worth the effort.

Not sure if this is necessary with auto-save in #9, but want to make sure I think of this.

Came up with a hack in #1, but would like something a bit more robust.

Use faye on gamingJS.com to sync collaborators / perform chat.

Some concerns:

• Identity
• Avatar
• Securing the channel
• Advertising the session to the appropriate people

It should be the default 50. As is, it is too easy to get weird artifacts on the periphery of the FOV.

I can't quite figure out why or when this happens, but sometimes the code partially or completely disappears. The transparent background remains in place.

Scrolling the code is usually enough to restore it.

This may already be possible, but I need to know for sure.

When opening an existing project, the visualization will load twice.

Can see code through background, which can be very jarring.

Blank project, 3D starter, multi-sided rotating thingy should always be available.

Seems like the initial font calculations are made for the ACE styled fonts. When the inconsolata font from the #editor kicks in, the cursor positions can wind up slightly off. May be as simple as more strongly overriding the ACE defaults.

Should not autosave while pressing arrow keys

I should never lose work by closing the browser (or having it crash).

Currently, escape falls back to hiding the code.

It seems that certain kids might want to find out what happens if you animate a sphere with 5 million faces.

After they restart their computers, they need a way to edit the code without the preview.

On the GamingJS, the code-editor should appcache the various 3d libraries (Three.js, Physijs, Tween, etc)

With the ace editor. Sometimes when showing the code, the code is not visible.

The open dialog should include date and should be wider.

Even if those from the OS work, that would be fine.

Open a transparent modal that can be escaped. Should include info about the menu button to open various dialogs.

If there is already localStorage, then opening a shared link will overwrite the current document. A new document should be created instead.

Not sure if this is needed for the book or not.

Should be able to delete a project.

i refer to this in the cave puzzle chapter. Must be done soon.

If you make the code size 90%, then go back to 100%, it is no longer possible to scroll down to the bottom of the buffer without a reload.

Ctrl+C does copy and Ctrl+V pastes. Not sure what's going on with cutting.

Would be nice to be able to share shorter URLs. Maybe something at goto.gamingjs.com/asdf? imade.gamingjs.com/asdf? Or just use goo.gl? Needs to work from within the Code Editor UI.

Outstanding:

• Does it replace the share button?

Should be able to create a new project. Currently have to open an existing project then save it with a new name.

• Should be able to choose from list of current default projects as template
• Should be able to enter the name of the new project

Will tie nicely with the auto-save in #9.

This is the popup menu and project listing. I think it may need a higher z-index.

But it should be possible to turn them on :)

After hiding the code, the renderer should have focus.
