This causes build errors on NixOS, because the required C library is not included in the build's chroot environment.

When compiling Agda programs using Epic as a backend, we need a function like Haskell's getArgs.

This leads to build errors such as this one: http://hydra.cryp.to/build/1042589/log/raw. Nix doesn't know that happy is required to build this package, and thus it's not included in the chroot environment that compiles this package.

The git version compiles fine under ghc-7.8. Please release! Or add me as maintainer so I can upload it to hackage.

Currently while building, the CFLAGS = -Wall -O3 -DUSE_BOEHM are always used. It would be nice if -- when the user has them set already -- the environment CFLAGS could be used. Of course the -DUSE_BOEHM should still be added.

I patched the makefile here: https://gist.github.com/mjorlitzky/9335712 with an example that WORKSFORME. If the user has CFLAGS set, -DUSE_BOEHM is appended to them. Otherwise, the current behaviour is retained.
