Store admins cannot view users/orders/dashboard for other store admins

As a user
When I log in and visit my dashboard
And I click on "Edit Profile/Account"
Then I can edit my personal account details

I can CRUD all my bunkers

I am redirected to a form to login or create an account

As a user
When I visit my cart with items
And I click "Checkout"
I am redirected to a payment page

When I am logged in
I can visit my dashboard
And I see all my bookings (past and present)
And all my profile info

When I click the text on the root page
And I am redirected to the home page
I see a map with available rental locations

How does a store admin come into being?

As a logged in platform admin
When I visit my dashboard
I see all existing store admins
And all pending store admins applications

As a store admin
When I visit my dashboard
And I click "Edit Store Details"
I can update/add/delete my stores info

As a returning user
When I visit a listing
And I click on "Book"
I see that listing in my cart and there is a total

As a store admin
When I visit my dashboard
I see a table with all my stores order
And the status for each order (paid, canceled, etc.)
And I can change the status of any order
And each order links to a page with details for that order

As a store admin
When I visit my dashboard
I can see all order details/history
And when I click on (pending/paid/canceled)
I see all the orders in that category

As a logged in store admin
When I visit my dashboard
I see my profile information
And I see a table with all my stores order
And the status for each order (paid, canceled, etc.)
And I can change the status of any order
And each order links to a page with details for that order
And I see a link to add a new bunker to my store

As a guest
When I visit the listing show page for a particular city
And I click on the store name
I am redirected to a show page for that store that shows all available rentals

As a logged in store admin
When I visit the show page for an individual order
I see all information for that order
Which includes;
dates booked
total price for that order
status

The show action in the LocationsController is rendering nil.. not sure why
