The forecast flood risk across England and Wales is LOW on Thursday and Saturday. On Thursday, persistent rain in association with Storm Doris may lead to some isolated property flooding and travel delays across parts of northern England and mid Wales parts. However rain is less likely over hills where this is expected to fall as snow.
