Create new Resource Group
New-AzResourceGroup -Name GR-AZ-400 -Location 'EastUS'

Create new VM
New-AzVM -ResourceGroupName 'GR-AZ-400' -Location 'EastUS' -ViertualNetworkName 'MyVMNet' -SubnetName 'default' -SecurityGroupName 'MyNSG' -Name 'pwrsdemo' -PublicIpAddressName 'MyPublicIP' -OpenPort 80, 443
