CDT.cloud Blueprint

CDT.cloud Blueprint is a template tool for building custom, web-based C/C++ tools. It is made of existing open source components and provides a typical C/C++ IDE based on the Eclipse Theia platform. Please see more information on the project homepage

CDT.cloud Blueprint compiles existing open source components into a installable project. You can adapt the build configuration and enhance it to match your custom requirements. The build configuration of CDT.cloud Blueprint is currently hosted as part of the Eclipse Theia blueprint project (see here). This repository is currently for raising questions and reporting bugs specific to CDT.cloud Blueprint only.

cmake error when starting Blueprint via the AppImage

When I start the Blueprint on Linux via the AppImage cmake throws errors when invoked via the app.

CMake Error: Could not find CMAKE_ROOT !!!
CMake has most likely not been installed correctly.

The error occurs when running the build task or when trying to invoke cmake via the built-in terminal.

When starting the Blueprint out of the repository via yarn start, the cmake integration works fine.

Mac installer currently not available

Due to infrastructure issues, we can currently not provided a signed Mac installer.

Wrap trace compass server into backend extension

This should allow to run trace compass without having to manually maintain a trace compass server. The extension should control its life-cycle.

Readme pointing to wrong URL

The root readme.md seems to point to cdt-cloud.org rather than cdt-cloud.io.
