Assignment implies Query command shouldn't be printing anything, and instead should just return a bool.

"Returns true if an only if the given expression is true given the rules and facts within the system."

We should probably refactor the methods that printing and have the driver class handle that.

Not critical, but it might be worth splitting up parseExpression into a few smaller methods for readability if we find an issue (otherwise if it works full we can just forget about it)

Need to make sure all learned variables are being reset to false when root variables are changed
