Multiple load pattern support

For the EV charging load data, user can use same load pattern for all charging stations within the network (i assume most people will only study one). I
f more than one, then they must assign load forecasts for each station (however we need not implement this now as the code does not account for this).

Include credits section

@Plavit Could you help update the web-doc with a 'Credits' section? You can create a ReadME and link that within the index.rst file in docs/source.

Include credits section to acknowledge contributors and funding bodies in the following order.

Add docstrings to frontend

For each function written, can you include docstrings in the format I currently have it for most of the files.
Should have: file header comment and function comments (edited)

Update battery section input

Add battery section dropdown vals to be:

  • Multiple choice

Additional changes:

  • Max amp hours etc is fixed

  • Max voltage and amp hours are dependent

  • Rename voltage to cell voltage

Get rid of:

  • Voltage soh soc
