Fixed on main easybuild at easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#6766

From internal gitlab: We have the source file of libyuv on our GitHub Mirror. I didn't check the license of the code, but I would suggest to remove the source file to avoid any legal issues with redistribution sources.

Texlive is gcccore (and it was fixed in the internal repo) but here the file is named GCCcore but the toolchain is GCC.

GDAL has its own OpenJPEG 2000 implementation, but it's not compiled by default. This is desirable, since many sources provide their datasets in this format.
Adding an

configopts = ['--with-openjpeg']

to the easyconfig file should fix this.

Nsight tools are not exposed with path to NsightSystems-2018.3/Host-x86_64 and /NsightSystems-2018.3/Target-x86_64/x86_64 (for example).
