This thesis introduces the Polanco Municipal Registrar Deceased Profiling Management System, a comprehensive solution designed to automate and simplify the complex tasks of managing deceased records within the municipal registrar's office.

The Polanco Municipal Registrar Deceased Profiling Management System includes the following features:

• Deceased Registration: Facilitates the efficient registration of deceased individuals within the municipal registrar's database.

• User Management: Empowers municipal registrar administrators to manage all users within the system, including deceased individuals.

• Deceased Record Management: Provides tools for effective management of deceased records within the municipal registrar's office.

• Inventory Tracking: Enables efficient tracking of deceased records and facilitates printing in PDF format.

The system uses MongoDB as its database. MongoDB is a source-available cross-platform document-oriented database program known for its high performance, availability, and scalability.
