Slicewise std not working

Not working with HDUs properly??
Masks created when given an HDU don't appear to be working properly.
Unsure why this is, but it's not pressing at the moment.
Mask then regrid? Or regrid then mask?
When regridding to a higher velocity resolution, the mask can be "cut-off" on the beginning or trailing ends if one creates a mask at the original resolution, then regrid to a higher one. This is allieviated if you do things the other way around (make a mask from the regridded data), but this is much more computationally expensive.
Package it up
Make at least the CleanMask class an installable package.
