Spack is a moving target - for this bug the structure of the spack.yaml was changed so concretization was no longer allowed. There are a few options here. You can clone spack at the release version (tag) when this container was originally made so the install is consistent (and add the updated dyninst package.py file for the latest version) or update the spack.yaml for the new version.
