Purpose

The purpose of this challenge is to determine the number of retiring employees per title, and identify employees who are eligible to participate in a mentorship program. Then, write a report that summarizes the analysis.

-A total of 90,398 employees are of retirement-age.
-A total of 1,940 employees are eligible to be mentors in the mentorship program.
-63 % of the workforce is either retirment or mentorship eligible.
-64% of the employees of retirment age (57,668) have senior titles.

Summary

-90,398 roles are in urgent need to be filled out as soon as the workforce starts retiring at any given time.
-No, there are only 1,940 employees who are eligible to participate in a mentorship program.

Recommendations

In order to provide more insight, I would make queries to find out how many young employeees there are at the company. Also, I would recommend finding how long these employees have been in their current roles to try and find fits for the mentors that have already been identified.
