To allow starting caterpillar on demand we need to expose it via a dbus service.

If caterpillar is started via dbus, it should:

• send signal that we have a bundle (provide versions and whether that is an override bundle)
• wait for signal to set install and optionally reboot
• send signal that update is finished
• evaluate whether we were told to reboot

To run integration tests it would be better to rely on a client application, which communicates with caterpillar over d-bus instead of only testing the outcome of its actions.

With #5 the integration test for "there is no update" does not work anymore, as caterpillar has been turned into a long-running application and the tests relied on it exiting at some point.

Although most of them can probably not run in github actions, the integration test setup should be added.
