Context:
[18:46:54] I am running into a very weird issue where in a Lab test a registered plugin does not show up in the server.plugins object in the server.register callback, but in the immediately following test it's there

[18:48:13] If I console.log here on line 20 the server.plugins object, I do not see my 'mongoose' plugin

[18:50:17] So far I have been able to track down that it has something to do with the fact that there are other tests running in the suite that create a different server and register the same plugin.
[18:51:11] If I remove those tests, and this is the only test running, then the callback on L20 has the mongose plugin in server.plugins

Looking at the test, you should not assume that tests will operate in a deterministic order. It makes more sense to either combine the tests, and verify that the mongoose plugin has been loaded from within the register callback, or create the server and register for each test run.
