some javascript codes are very ugly...need refactoring

our json of renewal units is too fat, need to reduce its size for browser to load faster

renewal units are constantly changing over time, so automatic crawler/update mechanism should be enrolled to our project

由於json太肥的原因就是每個更新單元是由許多地號組合而成, 每個地號都是一個polygon, 每個polygon有其對應的點和線之gps座標, 相鄰的地號就會有重複的點和線, 若將每個更新單元整合成一個大的polygon, 消除重複的點和線, 就可縮減json size

Because we only need basic google map functions and some other layers to display renewal related information, do we really need React.js framework? is there any better & simpler solution?
