EBT stats tool

NoteInfoGenerator is (apparently) dead. Here's my own attempt at it.

Can't locate object method "start" via package "Mojolicious::Commands"

Hello,
when I try to setup and start ebtst.pl, I get this error message:

$ ./ebtst.pl

Travel stats brocken

I don't know where this could come from but I have encodings in Rome in 2008,2010 and 2015 and ebtst takes only 2008 into account for the location and travel stats. Would that be because of a change of postcode ?
