This project requires ruby version 2.5 or higher and rails version 5.

• run rake db:migrate db:seed

• run bin/rails s start the server

This is a starter project -- we would like to see you implement the following:

• A way for a user to click on a department name from the job listing index to view all job postings for that department

• Ability to sort job index view by department or job name

• Pagination on the job index view

• Any other feature that you may want to add
