Simple message board build using Java 8 and Spring Boot hosted on AWS Elastic Beanstalk.

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. See deployment for notes on how to deploy the project on a live system.

You need some kind of IDE installed or a text editor and a terminal.

Clone the project either from the desktop app, website, or through a terminal:

git clone https://github.com/ds-91/Spring-Message-Board.git

After cloning the project, change to the project's directory:

cd Spring-Message-Board/

then to run the webserver,

./mvnw spring-boot:run

Finally, navigate to localhost:5000
