`@aws-sdk/lib-dynamodb` compatibility for `dynamodb-expressions`

Most GitHub devtools will act against the original repo by default. Already encountered issues:

attempting to set secrets through the GH cli
creating issues from VSCode (awslabs/dynamodb-data-mapper-js#212)

Used to support booleans by extending any, but the stricter type only allows string/number primitives.

Address important issues from the original repository

Release strategy for documentation website

Might want to combine this into the main job, e.g. via changeset's command for releasing a new version.

The docs should be versioned, and I would expect documentation for new versions to go out at the same time as the packages.

Conversely, coupling this to the packages job could also make it harder to re-attempt deploying the docs when all other steps are completed successfully.

Another advantage of having it as a separate job is being able to ship changes to the website without waiting for a new release to roll out.

Configure changesets for package publishing

Look into a resilient changesets configuration for automatically publishing packages.

Initial attempt suffered from random failures on some of the affected packages (workflow run for reference), which comes with the following issues:

broken new versions due to changesets not publishing packages in topological order
hard to re-attempt failures, as they're all published in a single CI step

An alternative would be publishing lerna, now that the team behind nx is actively maintaining it.
