As a user, I want to manually select the format of an input file in case probing is wrong or fails.

Figure out if QtWidgets has some sort of support for dark mode in the various OSes and use it if possible.
Otherwise, maybe use CSS to switch the colours around. But how to get OS-specific colours?

As a user, I want to manually select a decoder to use on a source in case probing is wrong or fails (e.g. headerless file).

Acceptance criteria

• User can select manually the decoder to use for each stream.
• User must make a selection if probing fails.

Right now, Windows builds take 2.5–3 hours to run, whereas Linux and macOS complete in a few minutes.

This seems to be mostly caused by the fact that vcpkg installs from source, and Qt is fairly massive. The "Set up Windows" step is what takes most of the time.

We could look into https://github.com/jurplel/install-qt-action as a potential solution to that problem. It seems to install Qt from binaries instead.
