6f1c363 should fix this.
Can you please try and close the issue if it works?

Thanks; is there an easy way to update my sysdig version?
I tried a git pull and build, but this system is now in serious trouble:
# uptime
23:09:45 up 15 days, 21:24, 2 users, load average: 4810.88, 2676.66, 1424.02
sysdig showed that the build was continuing, but I didn't seen an explanation.
I'm probably building in wrong. I used cmake and make. pstree shows a lot of processes (over 20k):
# pstree -l

You probably did an in-tree cmake build, please follow these instructions (and at this point you might have to clean your working tree):
https://github.com/draios/sysdig/wiki/How-to-Install-Sysdig-from-the-Source-Code
We also release a binary version whenever we have a few important fixes lined up (a new one is coming by the end of the day).

Ah, thanks, I had missed that URL. It works now, no core dump!
