运行act_ws.py或uac_start.cmd

• 双击运行act_ws.py或uac_start.cmd，如果不出问题会弹出一个cmd窗口描述ACT已经安装成功

打开act_ws.html

• 建议使用Chrome浏览器打开act_ws.html
