In the second step of activating grub theme, the instruction asks to change theme in the /etc/default/grub directory, but there isn't such directory there. what is the problem? should i make one?

Hey, I installed the theme with the AUR repo but grub doesn't seem to able to locate the theme at all, it doesn't say in the terimnal that it found the theme. Using ArchLinux with KDE Plasma and Grub 2

Found out that the theme needs to be installed in /boot/grub/themes, not /usr/share/grub/dracula/theme, Grub 2 doesn't seem to read in the /usr location at all. This is the same issue as #1 .

I run Arch, I went with the instructions on the page https://draculatheme.com/grub.
The Theme didn't work, it also was not detected with grub-customizer.

It was only when I used the Dir /boot/grub/themes that it automaticly appeared in the customizer and after that worked and looked great:)

Even as I've followed the instructions in INSTALL.md to give my GRUB bootloader a new look in Ubuntu 20.04 LTS "Focal Fossa," the theme doesn't seem to work. I have tried pointing GRUB_THEME (in /etc/default/grub) to the absolute location of the theme folder (/usr/share/grub/themes/dracula), tried symlinking /boot/grub/themes/dracula to the same location, and copying the theme folder to /boot/grub/themes. I've done the "sudo update-grub" act after each of these methods. None of these have worked. My question is, is there something wrong with the theme itself, or with Ubuntu such that it's not allowing this kind of change to GRUB?
