Optimizer setting in the Makefile

Pointed out by me to your project, the developer of VBCC saw in the Makefile a rather strange optimizer setting, which in his opinion actually can't produce good code. According to the comment, this is a workaround for a compiler bug, which is unknown to him. So, please contact me at [email protected]
