starting gwt dev mode and jetty in one command:
mvn gwt:run

starting gwt dev mode and jetty in debug mode (you need to attach a debugger to finish startup)
mvn gwt:debug

Here is a command to fully compile mvn and gwt:

starting jetty:
mvn jetty:run-war
