1. Create a room;
   • Generates a hash with 6 characters that will identify the room;
2. Share the room with anyone;
3. When a guest access the link, he should wait for the admin authorization;
4. The admin can authorize guests;
5. Add issues to the room;
6. Start the votation to an issue;
7. Send the vote to an issue;
8. Show who already voted;
9. When everyone has voted, it finishes the votation and shows the votes;
10. Allow starting votation for any issue (independent of sequence);
11. Updates the room in real-time for every user.
