Locates and edits spotify file %appdata%/spotify/apps/xpui.spa to remove several items and change the UI behavior

Not working

I tried running this in an elevated powershell window and got this error:

Unable to back up file xpui.spa
At C:\Users\Nick\Downloads\powershell-spotify-remove-podcasts-main\powershell-spotify-remove-podcasts-main\SpotifyRemovePodcastsEpisodes.ps1:46 char:9

I commented out the backup lines and it runs without any errors, but it doesn't work.
