AT&T assembler

We have used .intel_syntax noprefix to avoid this problem. Though there will be still quite a few differences because of calling convention, etc.

I would also prefer the intel syntax. The translations were pretty straightforward then. We should also borrow the src\pal\inc\unixasmmacros*.inc files from the coreclr, it contains macro definitions for all the stuff like NESTED_ENTRY etc.

Btw, you'll need to use upper-case S as the extension if we use the macros. That makes the assembler pass the asm file through C preprocessor first.
