rAthena npc 脚本汉化 / rAthena npc script translation

说明

本翻译使用的是当年 rAthenaCN 项目（现改名为 Pandas）的备份，由于现在 Pandas 项目已不再提供中文翻译，又有很多朋友想要中文翻译，因此把老翻译拿出来单独建了本仓库。

本翻译并不会跟进官方 rAthena 项目的NPC改动，仅做为一个历史备份，供个人娱乐使用。

当然并不排斥大家提交 PR 来更新哈。

未来希望能借助 ChatGPT 等 AI 来自动翻译官方NPC，再通过 action 定时触发，自动翻译。
