as a user when I hit, another card comes and the total value changes.
(if value is > 21) game over, I am asked to do this till I get over 21 or decide to stand.

as a user i am asked to choose between a 'stand' or 'hit'.

As a user I can place bets on the betting area with a maximum bankroll of 100.

as a user i can see the total value of my first 2 initial cards.

as a user if i stand my turn is over, and i witness the dealers card that is face down flip over and his total value is displayed.

as a user i witness if the dealer has 21, or a number less than my total value. if dealer total is > than user but <= 21 then dealer wins, otherwise user wins.

As a user I see a green felt with a dealer side and player side.

As a user I can click on the deal button to begin the game.

as a user if I won, my total bankroll increases by twice the amount i bet. then im asked if i want to continue or stop.

as a user if i lose, my bankroll is reduced by the amount i initially bet. i am then asked if i want to continue or stop.

As a user I get dealt the 1st card, then witness the dealer getting dealt a card, then the user and finally the dealer. 4 cards are dealt.

The last card is dealt face down.
