LaunchEditForm method in component

Need to have a separate method the launch the window that lives in the component class:

TaskHopper/TaskHopperGH/Components/TaskCardAttributes.cs

Issues with Windows resolution scaling

Quick test on my new, high res laptop. I think the grasshopper canvas is not scaled, but all the items in the task containers are, requires further investigation
