Rework the homepage and design about www HOT 3 CLOSED

For me, It's actually simple and good. You can add some shadows with css, I think it should be better.

Yeah, we actually redesigned it since I filed this issue :) I like the current design a lot more.

Where would you add shadows? Could you provide a screenshot?

Like this, also while adding the shadows, I found that there are shadows but they are invisible because they are at the same color as background.

Also, how about using screenshots on our library as background? I think I can design something like that, but one hand it looks cool, site uses more bandwidth because of the big background images are transferred every time user visits a new page.

Also we can make a dark theme and make a color selection. Or better, let users choose their own color.
