Lorsque je génère une nouvelle prescription ou consultation pour un patient elle écrase l’ancienne.
Comment personnaliser le titre du document ODT (consultation et prescription) générer par le module DOLIMED.

Describe the bug
When I try to create a new consultation, the fields are are placed not correctly. Just see the attachment.
It seems it is related to the screen resolution.
Pic 1 is 1366x768, Pic 2 is 1920x1080

Add the code to export an excel file in the TODO section line 376 (similar code of the code that use old libray line 142)

I just made some changes to the German translations - there was a slight mixup of the wordings for consultations and examinations which lead to a confusing UI. - What is the process for pulling these translations from Transifex into the project? I know that for Dolibarr this happens automatically every few weeks. But in Dolimed the last updates are from a couple years ago.

If I need to to something or if I can help in any way, pls let me know.
